From 15 to 19 December 2025, I attended the 6th Ringberg Symposium on Giant Virus Biology at Ringberg Castle near Tegernsee, Germany. On 15 December, I gave an oral presentation on a computational framework for detecting the dsDNA viral landscape in eukaryotic genomes.
The presentation was co-authored with Lingjie Meng, Ruixuan Zhang, Morgan Gaïa, and Hiroyuki Ogata. Lingjie Meng and Ruixuan Zhang from the Ogata Lab also gave oral presentations at the meeting.
